Rocky Scarfone's Third Legal Battle with Tom Papania

The following is an e-mail transcript of correspondence sent from Rocky Scarfone to myself (Brian Karjala) in February 2009:
On (2/16/09) Rocky "Rock" Scarfone, representing himself in court, wrote to me:
tomorrow i go to argue my motions. I have not received a SET DATE for trial. And, Tom Papania was able to avoid my supoena, so I have to rectify that. we had to serve his attorney.. we did, he wrote not working here!!!!
On (2/20/09), a Friday night, Rock informed me that the trial was on Tuesday and that I had to be in Georgia on Monday (less than three days notice). That was not enough notice for me to schedule time off from my workplace or arrange transportation from Colorado to Georgia.
On (2/21/09) Rock wrote to me:
BRIAN. IT IS A MESS. NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE TRIED.
TRUST ME, I PLACED A NOTICE OF WITNESS TWO YEARS AGO. THEY SIMPLY SCREWED US. JUST CALLED A CALLENDAR CALL AND SAID YOU HAVE 2 HOURS. I COMPLAINED AND THREATENED A MANDAMUS TO NO AVAIL UNTIL THEY CALLED LATE LAST NIGHT AND SAID TUESDAY MORNING. OUR AUSTRALIAN WITNESSES CANNOT GET THEIR VISAS IN THAT TIME LET ALONE FLY.
EVERY THING RESTS ON OTHER PEOPLE EXPLAINING THEIR PAST EXPERIENCE WITH TOM TO GET HIS TESTIMONY. IN FACT, HIS COUNCIL REFUSED MY SUBPOENA. I HAVE SOMEONE WHO WILL SPRING ON HIM THE DAY OF THE TRIAL TO SERVE HIM.
THEY HAVE VIOLATED MY RIGHTS TO DUE PROCESS. BUT I CANNOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL AFTER THE TRIAL.
I WILL LOSE THIS WITHOUT OUTSIDE TESTIMONY AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CROSS EXAMINE HIM WITHOUT TESTIMONY THAT OTHERS WERE AWARE OF HIS FRAUD. THAT THAT WAS THE REASON OF THEIR SITES.
Later that same day Rock wrote:
HOLD ON I WILL FILE A MANDAMUS TO FORCE AT LEAST SEVERAL WEEKS NOTICE
In a surprising turn of events, on (2/24/09) Rock wrote to me:
filed a mandamus as plaintiff against justice yesterday, today, tom's case was dismissed. rock
if anything ever occurs again, it would be federal court
On (2/27/09) Rock wrote to me and the other witnesses:
it was a MIRACLE --
I have been battling TOM now for 13 years.
this was the third case...
1 year trying to figure what was going on 1996-97
2 years in church based resolution 97-99
3 years federal 99-2002
1 year ICCAN World Court 2001-2002
4 years Gwinnett County Court 2005 -2009
with hardly many weeks in between to live life normally..
It took brute force to accomplish what I accomplished on Tuesday.
AND I AM NOT CELEBRATING, I AM TRYING TO GET REST, HAVE TIME WITH MY DAUGHTER AND WIFE, IMPROVE MY IMMUNE SYSTEM THAT TOOK A BEATING IN THE LAST 12 DAYS OF THE 1,454 DAYS OF HELL OF FILINGS AND ARGUMENTS AND APPEALINGS AND BRIEFS AND APPEARANCES ,,,,,
tuesday was the first time I saw a defense attorney COMPLETELY AT LOSS OF WORDS AND AT WITS END.
And all accomplished barring the facts that:
1- I was refused the RIGHT OF DISCOVERY
2- I was refused the time to call WITNESSES
3- I had a justice make a statement that HOSTING was included in my agreement
when not asked nor REQUESTED BY ANYONE. NOR RIGHT
4- I had a motion for summary judgement denied even though plaintiff did not answer said motion nor argue against it.
5- FIVE Justices TOOK PART IN THIS QUAGMIRE
I cannot explain anything now, but the fact is it was DISMISSED, there was no agreement, and MY COUNTER CLAIM WAS ALLOWED TO MOVE FORWARD.
I VOLUNTARILY DISMISSED the COUNTER CLAIMS
WITHOUT WITNESS, I COULD NOT BRING THE FRAUD INTO THE PICTURE and it would have ruined any effort in the future, or if we bat heads again...
THE ONLY PLACE TO BRING THE BATTLE IS FEDERAL COURT
AND I NOW HAVE THAT RIGHT AND IT IS THEIR JURISDICTION
IF YOU READ THE FILINGS, AT THE END, I FILED AN ABUSIVE LAWSUIT NOTICE.
I won a hard fight that took over 4 years and each of you won by virtue.

They would sooner dismiss the case than allow me to testify. This is the same kind of censorship I've received from the media.
What are these masonic bastards afraid of? Simply put, my name is associated with a lot of government black-out issues that the unholy powers-that-be will not allow into a public courtroom.
[My use of the word bastards is taken from the 12th chapter of Hebrews; KJV.]
But even without my involvement the Papania issue by itself will be censored because too many high level masons (including those associated with Billy Graham's organization) once promoted this abomination.

Note: My correspondence was with Rocky Scarfone (who was born in New York and has lived in the state of Georgia now for many years). There is a controversial business owner by the name of Rocco Scarfone of Greensboro, North Carolina, who is a separate individual.
